Only ‘K-MEGA Concert in Sydney’ ticket holders are eligible to apply.
A valid ‘K-MEGA Concert in Sydney’ ticket is required to participate in the Meet & Greet event.

📝 How to Apply
1. Visit the Kozy Entertainment's official website "https://kozyent.com/enter-the-draw"
2. Select your preferred artist (One submission per artist, total 2 submissions allowed per applicant)
MODYSSEY or VVUP
3. Select your preferred session (There will be no swapping for the sessions after the draw so please select carefully)
Session 1, Session 2 or Both Sessions
(If you are available to attend either session, please select "Both Sessions" to be entered into the draw for both sessions. Only one session may be awarded per successful applicant)
4. Fill out your details and submit
5. Winners will be selected through a random draw once the application period has concluded
*ALL DUPLICATE APPLICANTS UNDER THE SAME FORM WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY ELIMINATED FROM THE DRAW *
ONE form submission allowed per artist team (Max 2 forms submitted per applicant)
📢 Winner Announcement
250 winners will be randomly drawn per session. (500 for VVUP and 500 for MODYSSEY)
Selected participants will be notified individually via email on June 24, 2026.
The event venue and detailed event instructions will only be provided to the selected winners.
🎟️ Event Check-in
The following verification must be presented on the event day:
Valid Photo ID or Passport (No photos or screenshots allowed, please bring a valid physical Photo ID or Passport to cross-check your identity with the winners list)
Winner Confirmation Email (No photos or screenshots allowed)
K-MEGA CONCERT in Sydney Concert Ticket or proof of purchase (must be a valid, working ticket and the ticket holder’s details must be identical to the winner’s details)
Please ensure that the concert ticket used for your Meet & Greet application can be verified on-site before entry.
Participants who fail to verify their identity or concert ticket purchase may not be permitted to attend the event.
🎲 Seat allocation
Seat allocation will be determined via an on-site random number draw.
Please do not arrive at the venue earlier than the designated time frame.
Participants will take a seat at the Meet & Greet event according to their assigned number.
EVENT INFORMATION
This Meet & Greet is a special event brought to you by JULIUS & KOZY ENTERTAINMENT, exclusively for the ‘K-MEGA Concert in Sydney’ ticket holders.
Participants will have the opportunity to briefly greet each Artist and receive a pre-signed poster which will be personally handed over by the Artist members.
This event has been designed to provide a memorable and enjoyable experience for everyone while ensuring smooth event operations for both the Artists and fans.
Any additional information in relation to the details of the event will be informed via email, directly to each winner and on-site.
Participants aged 15 and under must be accompanied to the venue by a parent or legal guardian, and they will be required to wait in the designated waiting area outside the event space.
EVENT EXPERIENCE
✔ Brief face to face greeting with each artist
✔ Pre-signed poster personally handed over by the artist members
✔ Mobile phone photography permitted
✔ Seated event to ensure the safety of all participants
After receiving the pre-signed poster, participants will return to their designated seating area.
Once all participants have received their posters, the artists will deliver a final goodbye greeting before the event concludes and all participants will exit the venue in a safe manner.
Notice
A separate notice regarding prohibited items (including uchiwa fans, unofficial goods, oversized items, etc.) will be announced via the official SNS channels prior to the event.
Event details and operational methods are subject to change depending on the situation on-site and for any updates to provide the best experiences possible for all participants.
Please come 1 hour earlier than the designated start time of your session to ensure a smooth check-in process!

Dance Workshop
This 1.5-hour dance class offer multiple sessions to cater various skill levels, from beginners to advanced dancers. Our workshops provide a supportive and inspiring environment. For those seeking a more personalized experience, please inquire for 1:1 private lessons.
Q&A
Followed up with an engaging Q&A session, allowing attendees to interact directly with the Artist. This unique opportunity enables participants to ask personalized questions, fostering a deeper connection and understanding of the choreographers' creative processes.
The event comes to an end with a heartwarming 1:1 photo session, allowing participants to capture unforgettable memories with the Artist. A great way to keepsake their experiences and wrap up the workshop event.
Photo Session

Greet each Artist face to face
Participants will have the opportunity to briefly greet each Artist member (either VVUP or MODYSSEY) in person, during their dedicated session slot
Receive a pre-signed poster
Each winner with a valid K-Mega Festival in Sydney ticket will receive a pre-signed poster during their dedicated session slot, which will be personally handed over by the Artist members (either VVUP or MODYSSEY)
All participants will be permitted to photograph the event using only their mobile phones, to capture the experience and cherish the special moments.
